Et dans les petits modules, la dissipation thermique est un casse-t\u00eate auquel les concepteurs sont confront\u00e9s tous les jours. Le refroidissement d&rsquo;un module pour qu&rsquo;il puisse fonctionner dans un environnement soumis \u00e0 des contraintes thermiques, devient souvent le goulet d&rsquo;\u00e9tranglement des performances.
