Affichant des facteurs de forme circulaires ou rectangulaires,&nbsp;les mod\u00e8les de la s\u00e9rie CMM sont dot\u00e9s d\u2019une sensibilit\u00e9 allant de -44 \u00e0 -26 dB et&nbsp;d\u2019un rapport signal sur bruit de 57 \u00e0 65 dBA. Ces microphones MEMS offrent \u00e9galement une sensibilit\u00e9&nbsp;r\u00e9duite aux vibrations, une faible consommation de courant aussi basse que 80 microamp\u00e8res (\u00b5A) et une large plage de temp\u00e9ratures de fonctionnement allant de -40 \u00e0 +105\u00b0C. Avec une tol\u00e9rance&nbsp;\u00e9troite ensensibilit\u00e9&nbsp;qui ne d\u00e9passe&nbsp;pas \u00b11 dB, la s\u00e9rie CMM convient parfaitement aux applications&nbsp;de traitements parall\u00e8les&nbsp;utilis\u00e9es pour ex\u00e9cuter des fonctions telles que la formation de faisceau et l&rsquo;annulation de bruit. La construction originale de la chambre int\u00e9rieure offre \u00e9galement des performances plus stables et conf\u00e8re \u00e0 ces microphones \u00e0 base de silicium une protection
