De ce fait, le dispositif co\u00fbte presque un ordre de grandeur moins cher ( 10 fois moins), tandis que son degr\u00e9 d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration \u00e9lev\u00e9 le rend beaucoup plus \u00e9conome en \u00e9nergie. La r\u00e9duction significative des co\u00fbts signifie que le patch peut d\u00e9sormais \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 comme une solution jetable, un avantage important pour le traitement m\u00e9dical \u00bb, explique Bernard Grundlehner, architecte syst\u00e8me chez Connec Health Solutions chez Imec aux Pays-Bas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\">Le patch utilise un m\u00e9lange de mat\u00e9riaux respectueux de la peau et biocompatibles. Le substrat de base est un mat\u00e9riau TPU tr\u00e8s fin, flexible et \u00e9lastique. La plupart des fonctionnalit\u00e9s \u00e9lectroniques sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de technologies \u00e9lectroniques imprim\u00e9es et les \u00e9lectrodes s\u00e8ches int\u00e9gr\u00e9es fournissent une connexion \u00e9lectrique stable et de haute qualit\u00e9 avec le corps. Un adh\u00e9sif de silicone confortable est utilis\u00e9 pour fournir une fixation longue dur\u00e9e.<br \/>\nAfin de limiter l&#8217;empreinte \u00e9cologique du patch \u00e0 usage unique, les chercheurs d&rsquo;Imec ont collabor\u00e9 avec Maxell Ltd. pour d\u00e9velopper une batterie \u00e9cologique ne contenant aucune substance toxique. De plus, le MUSEIC V3 am\u00e9liore \u00e9galement l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique globale gr\u00e2ce au module d&rsquo;acquisition de signaux \u00e0 basse consommation. Alors que les solutions concurrentes annoncent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une dur\u00e9e de vie de la batterie de 3 \u00e0 4 jours, la solution d\u2019Imec a une autonomie de plus de 7 jours, voire plus dans de nombreux cas, en fonction des configurations sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00e0 suivre: <span class=\"tlid-translation translation\">fr\u00e9quence cardiaque, rythme respiratoire et SpO2 avec un seul patch<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\">Pour les patients, un seul patch jetable pouvant \u00eatre port\u00e9 pendant plusieurs jours est plus pratique et peut r\u00e9duire les visites \u00e0 l&rsquo;h\u00f4pital, car il n&rsquo;est plus n\u00e9cessaire de le restituer apr\u00e8s utilisation. Ceci est particuli\u00e8rement important pour les patients atteints de maladies chroniques, car il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un appareil abordable et \u00e0 usage unique qui peut \u00eatre facilement utilis\u00e9 pour surveiller leurs signes vitaux et leur activit\u00e9 physique \u00e0 la maison. Facile \u00e0 appliquer et confortable \u00e0 porter pendant de longues p\u00e9riodes, il permet aux patients d&rsquo;effectuer leurs activit\u00e9s quotidiennes normales avec un impact minimal tout en fournissant des informations pr\u00e9cieuses pour optimiser leur traitement et leurs m\u00e9dicaments. Le concept \u00e0 usage unique peut \u00e9galement r\u00e9duire le temps pass\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;h\u00f4pital puisqu&rsquo;il permet aux patients d&rsquo;\u00eatre renvoy\u00e9s chez eux plus t\u00f4t tout en surveillant \u00e0 distance leurs signes vitaux.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\">Le nouveau patch mesure d\u00e9sormais \u00e9galement la saturation en oxyg\u00e8ne dans le sang (SpO2). C\u2019est un signe vital important pour \u00e9valuer la sant\u00e9 physique d\u2019un patient, car un faible taux d\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne dans le sang peut indiquer une hypox\u00e9mie qui, si elle n\u2019est pas trait\u00e9e, peut compromettre le fonctionnement des organes et m\u00eame conduire \u00e0 un arr\u00eat respiratoire ou cardiaque. Il comprend \u00e9galement un acc\u00e9l\u00e9rom\u00e8tre permettant de suivre l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 physique, un suivi d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 cardiaque ECG et un contr\u00f4le d&rsquo;imp\u00e9dance bio\u00e9lectrique.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\">\u00abTraditionnellement, la saturation en oxyg\u00e8ne dans le sang est mesur\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un appareil s\u00e9par\u00e9 fix\u00e9 au doigt. Ce n&rsquo;est pas tr\u00e8s pratique pour la vie quotidienne, nous avons donc d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une nouvelle technique qui permet la mesure avec un patch thoracique, via une photopl\u00e9thysmographie r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissante.
