En mettant en \u0153uvre une d\u00e9tection bas\u00e9e sur la commande de moteur bas\u00e9e sur e-AI, les r\u00e9sultats de la d\u00e9tection de d\u00e9faillance peuvent \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9s non seulement pour d\u00e9clencher des alarmes en cas de d\u00e9faillance, mais \u00e9galement pour la maintenance pr\u00e9ventive.&nbsp;<\/span> <span class=\"tlid-translation translation\">Par exemple, e-AI peut estimer le moment auquel les r\u00e9parations et la maintenance doivent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9es et identifier les emplacements des pannes. Cette solution avec AI int\u00e9gr\u00e9e (e-AI) permet la d\u00e9tection des pannes sur des appareils \u00e9lectro-m\u00e9nagers tels que les r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateurs, les climatiseurs et les machines \u00e0 laver. Les donn\u00e9es de l&rsquo;appareil indiquant le corant absorb\u00e9 ou la vitesse de rotation du moteur peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es directement pour la d\u00e9tection d\u2019anomalies, ce qui permet de mettre en \u0153uvre \u00e0 la fois le contr\u00f4le moteur et une d\u00e9tection des anomalies bas\u00e9e sur e-AI avec un seul MCU. L\u2019utilisation du RX66T \u00e9limine le besoin de capteurs suppl\u00e9mentaires, ce qui r\u00e9duit le co\u00fbt des compsants (BOM) n\u00e9cessaires.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\">La solution Failure Detection e-AI de Renesas pour les appareils \u00e9lectrom\u00e9nagers \u00e0 moteur peut contr\u00f4ler jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 quatre moteurs car elle utilise le microcontr\u00f4leur hautes performances RX66T. Les machines \u00e0 laver actuelles comportent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement trois moteurs: un pour faire tourner la cuve de lavage, un pour commander la pompe de circulation de l\u2019eau et un autre pour le ventilateur de s\u00e9chage. La solution e-AI Renesas Failure Detection peut donc \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour contr\u00f4ler ces trois moteurs avec une seule puce RX66T tout en surveillant les trois moteurs pour d\u00e9tecter les pannes \u00e9ventuelles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00e0 suivre:<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\">La nouvelle solution utilise le syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation du contr\u00f4le de moteur de Renesas et une carte CPU RX66T. Ce mat\u00e9riel est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 un ensemble d&rsquo;exemples de fichiers de programme ex\u00e9cut\u00e9s sur le MCU RX66T, ainsi qu&rsquo;\u00e0 un outil graphique permettant de collecter et d&rsquo;analyser des donn\u00e9es syst\u00e8me indiquant les \u00e9tats du moteur. Afin de d\u00e9tecter les d\u00e9fauts, il est n\u00e9cessaire de conna\u00eetre les caract\u00e9ristiques de l&rsquo;\u00e9tat normal. \u00c0 l&rsquo;aide de l&rsquo;interface graphique, les ing\u00e9nieurs syst\u00e8me peuvent imm\u00e9diatement commencer \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper l&rsquo;apprentissage de l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle et une fonctionnalit\u00e9 optimis\u00e9e de d\u00e9tection des pannes. Une fois les mod\u00e8les AI d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s, l&rsquo;environnement de d\u00e9veloppement e-AI (compos\u00e9 d&rsquo;un traducteur e-AI, d&rsquo;un e-AI Checker et d&rsquo;un importateur e-AI)
