Le concept global consiste en des ailettes de refroidissement individuelles, qui sont press\u00e9es l&rsquo;une contre l&rsquo;autre au moyen d&rsquo;une g\u00e9om\u00e9trie sp\u00e9ciale par pressage aux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s respectives des ailettes et sont donc parfaitement assembl\u00e9es en termes de technologie thermique. Le tunnel \u00e0 ailettes interne est form\u00e9 par les ailettes de refroidissement cannel\u00e9es tr\u00e8s rapproch\u00e9es. La structure des ailettes ondul\u00e9es apporte une am\u00e9lioration suppl\u00e9mentaire de l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 en termes de dissipation de chaleur par rapport aux ailettes lisses. A l&rsquo;aide de cette structure de surface, un flux plus turbulent est obtenu dans le conduit d&rsquo;air afin d&rsquo;obtenir un meilleur transfert de chaleur des ailettes vers l&rsquo;air. Le processus de fabrication et les diff\u00e9rentes hauteurs des ailettes permettent une conception flexible du corps en aluminium. Les tailles standard sont 306 x 70 mm pour cinq moteurs \u00e0 ventilateur axial, 330 x 90 mm pour quatre moteurs \u00e0 ventilateur axial, 282 x 110 mm pour trois moteurs \u00e0 ventilateur axial et 240 x 129 mm pour deux moteurs \u00e0 ventilateur axial. La longueur de profil particuli\u00e8re des unit\u00e9s de ventilation \u00e0 hautes performances est con\u00e7ue sur mesure pour le client ou produite sp\u00e9cifiquement selon ses sp\u00e9cifications. De plus, les profils de base mentionn\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre command\u00e9s avec ou sans antichambre pour une optimisation du flux. Le syst\u00e8me modulaire sous-jacent assure, selon chaque application, des solutions parfaitement adapt\u00e9es m\u00e9caniquement et thermiquement.
