{"id":95596,"date":"2019-02-12T23:31:44","date_gmt":"2019-02-12T23:31:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/\/capteur-thermique-matriciel-haute-temperature\/"},"modified":"2019-02-12T23:31:44","modified_gmt":"2019-02-12T23:31:44","slug":"capteur-thermique-matriciel-haute-temperature","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/capteur-thermique-matriciel-haute-temperature\/","title":{"rendered":"Capteur thermique matriciel haute temp\u00e9rature"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cette nouvelle technologie de d\u00e9tection simplifie l\u2019int\u00e9gration d\u2019une mesure de temp\u00e9rature dans certaines applications pour am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 et le confort, en particulier dans des conditions thermiques difficiles.<\/p>\n<p>Le nouveau MLX90641 est un capteur matriciel IR 16&nbsp;x&nbsp;12&nbsp;pixels, log\u00e9 dans un bo\u00eetier&nbsp; TO39 , qui peut mesurer avec pr\u00e9cision des temp\u00e9ratures comprises entre -40\u00b0C et +300\u00b0C. Ces capteurs (calibr\u00e9s) en usine assurent une pr\u00e9cision de 1\u00b0C dans des conditions de mesure (standarte). Cette haute pr\u00e9cision est encore renforc\u00e9e par une diff\u00e9rence de temp\u00e9rature NETD (Noise Equivalent Temperature Difference, ou diff\u00e9rence de temp\u00e9rature en \u00e9quivalent bruit) de 0,1\u00b0Keff.<\/p>\n<p>Deux options de champ de vision (FoV pour Field of View en anglais) sont disponibles&nbsp;: standard 55\u00b0x&nbsp;35\u00b0 ou grand-angle 110\u00b0&nbsp;x&nbsp;75\u00b0. Ce capteur est simple \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre, puisqu\u2019il fonctionne \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;une alimentation 3,3V (unique) et qu\u2019il stocke tous ses r\u00e9sultats de mesures dans une RAM interne accessible par le biais d\u2019une interface num\u00e9rique compatible I2C. Un algorithme propri\u00e9taire assure une grande stabilit\u00e9 thermique, mme si la temp\u00e9rature varie rapidement.<\/p>\n<p>Le MLX90641 dispose de 192 pixels FIR, ce qui permet d&rsquo;utiliser des processeurs moins puissants et contribue ainsi \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la surcharge du syst\u00e8me.
