Apr\u00e8s avoir dessin\u00e9 et mod\u00e9lis\u00e9 une micro-turbine de quelques centim\u00e8tres de diam\u00e8tre dont ils ont \u00e9galement choisi les mat\u00e9riaux avec soin, les chercheurs ont propos\u00e9 un prototype de taille adaptable.<\/p>\n<p>Les tests pratiqu\u00e9s en laboratoire tout d&rsquo;abord, puis en conditions r\u00e9elles durant quatre mois sur le r\u00e9seau montpelli\u00e9rain par la suite, ont valid\u00e9 la fiabilit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat du syst\u00e8me&nbsp;: la turbine g\u00e9n\u00e8re assez de puissance \u00e9lectrique pour alimenter les capteurs (10mW \u00e0 100mW) s&rsquo;arr\u00eatant quand le d\u00e9bit devient trop faible et se remettant automatiquement en route lorsqu&rsquo;il redevient normal.
