Les nouvelles s\u00e9ries 7UL1G et 7UL1T&nbsp;n&rsquo;ont besoin que d&rsquo;une seule alimentation pour assurer la translation de niveau. Cela simplifie l&rsquo;implantation de la carte, tout en \u00e9liminant les probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s \u00e0 la s\u00e9quence d\u2019allumage des alimentations. Ces dispositifs conviennent aux applications utilisant plusieurs domaines de puissance et disposant d\u2019un espace dur carte limit\u00e9, comme les smartphones, les tablettes, les ordinateurs portables, les appareils photo num\u00e9riques, les terminaux points de vente, ou les dispositifs IoT.<\/p>\n<p>La s\u00e9rie 7UL1G cible principalement la baisse de niveau jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la tension fournie aux broches d&rsquo;alimentation, et dispose de bornes d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e supportant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 3,6V. Utilis\u00e9s avec une alimentation de 0,9 V, ces dispositifs assurent la translation descendante jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 0,9V, \u00e0 partir de signaux d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e entre 0,9 V et 3,6 V.<\/p>\n<p>La s\u00e9rie 7UL1T est principalement destin\u00e9 \u00e0 la translation montante jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la tension fournie aux broches d&rsquo;alimentation, et fonctionne avec une alimentation comprise entre 2,3V et 3,6V. Le seuil d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e est fix\u00e9 \u00e0 50% ou moins de la tension d&rsquo;alimentation. Avec une alimentation 3,3 V, la translation montante jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 3,3V combin\u00e9e \u00e0 la conversion de niveau logique est assur\u00e9e pour les signaux d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e de 1,65V \u00e0 3,6V.<\/p>\n<p>Les 7UL1G et 7UL1T sont disponibles en versions NAND, NOR, AND, AND, OR, OR, XOR, inverseur et non-inverseur, inverseur et buffer de Schmitt, ainsi qu&rsquo;en version buffer 3 \u00e9tats. La s\u00e9rie 7UL1G est disponible en bo\u00eetier USV SOT353 (2,0&nbsp;x&nbsp;2,1&nbsp;x&nbsp;0,9&nbsp;mm) et aussi en bo\u00eetier fSV SOT953 (1,0&nbsp;x&nbsp;1,0&nbsp;x&nbsp;0,48&nbsp;mm), le plus petit bo\u00eetier \u00e0 pattes du march\u00e9. La s\u00e9rie 7UL1T est disponible en bo\u00eetier SOT353 \u00e0 l&rsquo;exception de l\u2019inverseur et du buffer de Schmitt.<\/p>\n<p><a
