Toutefois, m\u00eame si les VE sont de plus en plus r\u00e9pandus, leur autonomie relativement courte demeure probl\u00e9matique. Pour am\u00e9liorer l\u2019autonomie sur route, les batteries visent une plus grande capacit\u00e9 et des temps de charge plus courts. Ceci, \u00e0 son tour, exige une puissance et une efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9es sur les chargeurs embarqu\u00e9s comme 11 kW et 22 kW, ce qui conduit \u00e0 une adoption accrue des MOSFET SiC. De plus, les batteries \u00e0 haute tension (800 V) n\u00e9cessitent des dispositifs d\u2019alimentation \u00e0 faible perte et \u00e0 tension de tenue plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<br \/>\nPour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces besoins, ROHM a ajout\u00e9 10 nouvelles r\u00e9f\u00e9rences \u00e0 sa gamme de MOSFET qualifi\u00e9s AEC-Q101, qui utilisent une structure de grille dite \u00ab trench \u00bb. Le r\u00e9sultat est le plus grand portefeuille de l\u2019industrie, se d\u00e9clinant dans les variantes 650 V et 1200 V. \u00c0 l\u2019avenir, ROHM s\u2019efforcera d\u2019am\u00e9liorer encore la qualit\u00e9 et de renforcer sa gamme afin d\u2019accro\u00eetre les performances des appareils, de r\u00e9duire la consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie et de parvenir \u00e0 une plus grande miniaturisation.<\/p>\n<p>En d\u00e9cembre 2010, ROHM a \u00e9t\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re entreprise au monde \u00e0 r\u00e9ussir la production en masse de MOSFET SiC et reste \u00e0 la t\u00eate de l\u2019industrie dans le d\u00e9veloppement et la production en masse de dispositifs d\u2019alimentation SiC. En particulier sur le march\u00e9 automobile avec une demande en hausse, ROHM a rapidement \u00e9tabli la qualit\u00e9 de classe automobile et a commenc\u00e9 en 2012 \u00e0 fournir des diodes Schottky SiC pour les chargeurs embarqu\u00e9s et d\u00e8s 2017 des MOSFET SiC pour les convertisseurs DC\/DC et les chargeurs embarqu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre d\u2019un objectif d\u2019entreprise \u00ab Quality First \u00bb \u00e9tabli depuis sa fondation, ROHM fait appel \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me de production verticalement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 au sein du groupe insufflant une qualit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure dans chaque processus, du d\u00e9veloppement au test final, tout en assurant une tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 fiable et une cha\u00eene logistique optimis\u00e9e. Pour les dispositifs de puissance SiC \u00e9galement, un syst\u00e8me de production int\u00e9gr\u00e9 qui couvre tout, de la fabrication des plaquettes \u00e0 l\u2019emballage, est utilis\u00e9 pour \u00e9liminer les \u00ab bo\u00eetes noires \u00bb pendant le processus de fabrication, assurant une fiabilit\u00e9 et une qualit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieures.<\/p>\n<p><a
