Les modules d&rsquo;alimentation hybrides num\u00e9riques et analogiques permettent la conversion du point de charge (POL) pour les FPGA, les DSP, les ASIC et la m\u00e9moire avanc\u00e9s utilis\u00e9s dans les serveurs, le stockage, les r\u00e9seaux optiques, les t\u00e9l\u00e9communications et une vaste gamme d&rsquo;applications industrielles \u00e0 espace restreint. Chaque appareil int\u00e8gre un contr\u00f4leur PWM, des MOSFET et une inductance dans un nouveau module encapsul\u00e9 GHDA (Grid High Density Array) optimis\u00e9 thermiquement. Pour compl\u00e9ter l\u2019alimentation, les concepteurs ajoutent simplement des condensateurs en c\u00e9ramique d\u2019entr\u00e9e et de sortie.<\/p>\n<p>Les modules d&rsquo;alimentation hybrides num\u00e9riques ISL828xM et analogiques ISL821xM comportent des LDO int\u00e9gr\u00e9s qui permettent un fonctionnement \u00e0 alimentation unique. Ils s\u2019appuient sur l\u2019architecture de boucle de commande haute vitesse brevet\u00e9e R4\u2122 de Renesas avec un feed-forward de tension de ligne inh\u00e9rent, offrant aux concepteurs une combinaison unique de r\u00e9ponse transitoire de charge ultra-rapide et d\u2019immunit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e au bruit.
