ST continuera d&rsquo;exploiter l&rsquo;usine avec du personnel de Tower&nbsp;d\u00e9tach\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s de l&rsquo;entreprise. En int\u00e9grant Tower dans l&rsquo;usine de fabrication de plaquettes, les deux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s peuvent r\u00e9duire le co\u00fbt de leurs plaquettes, ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;usine de fabrication de plaquettes R3 est une usine de fabrication de plaquettes de 300 mm pour la production de semi-conducteurs analogiques et de puissance qui devrait \u00eatre pr\u00eate pour l&rsquo;installation d&rsquo;\u00e9quipements plus tard cette ann\u00e9e et d\u00e9marrer la production au second semestre 2022 (voir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewsanalog.com\/news\/st-starts-construction-300mm-wafer-fab\/\">ST starts construction of 300mm wafer fab<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Tower pourra installer ses propres \u00e9quipements dans un tiers de la salle blanche et installer ses propres proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de fabrication. ST et Tower travailleront ensemble \u00e0 l&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de la qualification de l&rsquo;usine et \u00e0 la mont\u00e9e en puissance qui s&rsquo;ensuit.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un premier temps, les process&nbsp;130, 90 et 65 nm pour les composants de puissance intelligents, les composants&nbsp;analogiques, \u00e0 signaux mixtes et RF seront qualifi\u00e9s dans la Fab&nbsp;R3. Les produits de ces technologies seront notamment utilis\u00e9s dans des applications automobiles, industrielles et \u00e9lectroniques personnelles.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Avec Tower, nous avons un excellent partenaire pour la fabrication en volume de composants&nbsp;analogiques, de puissance et de signaux mixtes qui nous permettra de qualifier et de monter en puissance l&rsquo;usine Agrate R3 300 mm beaucoup plus rapidement\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Jean-Marc Ch\u00e9ry, PDG de ST, dans un communiqu\u00e9. \u00ab Cela permettra une utilisation optimale de l&rsquo;usine presque d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de la production. La capacit\u00e9&nbsp;compl\u00e8te de l&rsquo;usine pourrait m\u00eame \u00eatre augment\u00e9e par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;estimation de capacit\u00e9 initiale de 2018, lorsque nous avons d\u00e9marr\u00e9 le projet. \u00ab\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Le PDG de Tower, Russell Ellwanger, a comment\u00e9 : \u00ab ST est bien connu pour sa technologie de pointe, son excellence op\u00e9rationnelle et son int\u00e9grit\u00e9 d&rsquo;entreprise. tripler la capacit\u00e9 de fonderie de 300&nbsp;mm de Tower pour bien r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande croissante de nos clients sur ces march\u00e9s \u00e0 croissance
