Ces m\u00e9moires disposent d&rsquo;une interface HS-G3 et fonctionnent \u00e0 partir de deux tensions d\u2019alimentation&nbsp;: 3,3V (pour le noyau m\u00e9moire) et 1,8V (pour l\u2019interface).<\/p>\n<p>Alors que les voitures connect\u00e9es et les v\u00e9hicules autonomes devraient g\u00e9n\u00e9rer d&rsquo;\u00e9normes quantit\u00e9s de donn\u00e9es, les besoins de stockage des applications automobiles vont continuer d\u2019augmenter. Les dispositifs UFS BiCS FLASH de TME offrent aux utilisateurs une meilleure alternative que les appareils e-MMC et UFS existants, pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de haute performance et de densit\u00e9. Par exemple, les&nbsp;performances de lecture et d&rsquo;\u00e9criture s\u00e9quentielles&nbsp;du mod\u00e8le 256&nbsp;Go&nbsp;sont am\u00e9lior\u00e9es de respectivement 6% et 33% environ, par rapport aux dispositifs de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/p>\n<p>Les avantages de performance de l&rsquo;UFS en ont fait la m\u00e9moire de choix pour les smartphones haut de gamme et milieu de gamme, et \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que les applications automobiles sont de plus en plus complexes et n\u00e9cessitent de stocker de plus en plus de donn\u00e9es, l\u2019UFS est appel\u00e9 \u00e0 devenir la solution de choix pour ces applications. Toshiba a \u00e9t\u00e9 le premier \u00e0 introduire la m\u00e9moire UFS (en 2013), ce qui met l\u2019entreprise en position unique pour anticiper et supporter l&rsquo;\u00e9volution des applications, et permettre ainsi la transition vers l\u2019UFS.<\/p>\n<p>Plusieurs fonctions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9es aux m\u00e9moires UFS Automobile TME, comme le rafra\u00eechissement, le contr\u00f4le thermique et le diagnostic \u00e9tendu, qui sont bien adapt\u00e9s aux exigences des applications automobiles. La fonction de rafra\u00eechissement sert \u00e0 rafra\u00eechir les donn\u00e9es stock\u00e9es en m\u00e9moire UFS, et prolonge ainsi la dur\u00e9e de vie des donn\u00e9es. La fonction de contr\u00f4le thermique prot\u00e8ge de la surchauffe aux temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es qui caract\u00e9risent certaines applications automobiles. Enfin, la fonction de diagnostic \u00e9tendu permet aux utilisateurs de bien appr\u00e9hender l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de l&rsquo;appareil.<\/p>\n<p>Les progr\u00e8s technologiques des syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;info-divertissement automobiles, des syst\u00e8mes ADAS (Automated Driver Assist Systems)&nbsp;et de la conduite autonome, vont continuer d&rsquo;accro\u00eetre la demande de stockage des applications automobiles.
