Les IGBT sont couramment utilis\u00e9s comme \u00e9l\u00e9ments de commutation dans les onduleurs qui commandent les moteurs des appareils m\u00e9nagers tels que les r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateurs et les climatisations. Les tendances r\u00e9centes vers l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des \u00e9conomies d\u2019\u00e9nergie ont pouss\u00e9 la demande dans de nombreuses applications pour les MOSFET avec une consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie r\u00e9duite en r\u00e9gime stabilis\u00e9.<br \/>\nPour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ce besoin, ROHM a lanc\u00e9 en 2012 la s\u00e9rie PrestoMOSTM de MOSFET de puissance. Cette s\u00e9rie pr\u00e9sente les caract\u00e9ristiques de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration invers\u00e9e les plus rapides de l\u2019industrie, r\u00e9alisant ainsi une faible consommation de courant. Comme avec nos produits conventionnels, cette nouvelle s\u00e9rie tire parti de notre technologie propri\u00e9taire de contr\u00f4le de la dur\u00e9e de vie pour obtenir des trr ultra-rapides. Cela permet de r\u00e9duire la perte de puissance d\u2019environ 58 % \u00e0 des charges l\u00e9g\u00e8res par rapport aux impl\u00e9mentations d\u2019IGBT. De plus, augmenter la tension de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence n\u00e9cessaire pour allumer le MOSFET emp\u00eache l\u2019auto-allumage, qui est une des principales causes de pertes. De plus, l\u2019optimisation des caract\u00e9ristiques de la diode int\u00e9gr\u00e9e a permis d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019indice de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration progressive sp\u00e9cifique aux MOSFET \u00e0 super-jonction, ce qui r\u00e9duit le bruit pouvant provoquer des dysfonctionnements. L\u2019\u00e9limination de ces obstacles \u00e0 l\u2019optimisation des circuits donne aux clients une plus grande souplesse de conception.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Qu\u2019est-ce que PrestoMOSTM ?<\/u><\/strong><br \/>\n\u00ab Presto \u00bb est un terme italien de musique signifiant \u00ab tr\u00e8s rapide \u00bb.&nbsp;Les MOSFET offrent des avantages tels que la haute vitesse de commutation et la faible perte de conduction dans l\u2019\u00e9tat de courant relativement faible.
