{"id":88116,"date":"2019-04-29T09:54:53","date_gmt":"2019-04-29T09:54:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/\/samsung-investit-100-milliards-pour-le-leadership-mondial\/"},"modified":"2019-04-29T09:54:53","modified_gmt":"2019-04-29T09:54:53","slug":"samsung-investit-100-milliards-pour-le-leadership-mondial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/samsung-investit-100-milliards-pour-le-leadership-mondial\/","title":{"rendered":"Samsung investit $100 milliards pour le leadership mondial"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"fr\">Il s&rsquo;agira d&rsquo;investissements \u00e0 la fois dans le d\u00e9veloppement de puces System LSI et dans la Foundry Samsung qui fabrique des puces pour d&rsquo;autres entreprises. <\/span>Samsung investit 100 milliards \u20ac<span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"fr\"> pour afficher une volont\u00e9 de concurrence accrue avec Intel, Qualcomm et TSMC la plus grande fonderie mondiale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"fr\">Samsung a annonc\u00e9 que son investissement comprendrait 73 000 milliards de won ( environ 55 milliards d&rsquo;Euros) pour la R&amp;D interne et 60 000 milliards de won (environ 45 milliard d&rsquo;Euros) pour les infrastructures de production. Dans la premi\u00e8re cat\u00e9gorie, Samsung envisage de cr\u00e9er 15 000 emplois en recherche et d\u00e9veloppement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"fr\">Samsung a \u00e9t\u00e9 le num\u00e9ro un mondial dans las semiconducteurs mais c&rsquo;\u00e9tait principalement d\u00fb \u00e0 sa position dans la production de puces de m\u00e9moire flash DRAM et NAND, dont la valeur est en forte baisse en 2019. En cons\u00e9quence, Intel aurait d\u00e9j\u00e0 pu reprendre la couronne \u00e0 Samsung ( <\/span>voir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electronique-eci.com\/news\/intel-deja-redepasse-samsung\">Intel a d\u00e9j\u00e0 red\u00e9pass\u00e9 Samsung<\/a><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"fr\">).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"fr\">La baisse de prix des chips m\u00e9moire et le recul du march\u00e9 sont en partie dus \u00e0 une offre exc\u00e9dentaire des fabricants de m\u00e9moire \u00e9tablis. Cependant, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que des concurrents chinois financ\u00e9s par l&rsquo;\u00c9tat pourraient p\u00e9n\u00e9trer sur le march\u00e9 et commencer \u00e0 prendre des parts de march\u00e9, il est clair que les circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s logiques repr\u00e9sentent un march\u00e9 plus lucratif.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>\u00e0 suivre: sur les pas de SK Hynix<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"fr\">Samsung a imit\u00e9 le rival local SK Hynix en s&rsquo;engageant dans des investissement \u00e0 long terme dans les semiconducteurs (voir <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eenewsanalog.com\/news\/sk-hynix-plans-invest-100-billion-fabs\">SK Hynix pr\u00e9voit d&rsquo;investir 100 milliards de dollars dans des usines de fabrication<\/a>). En f\u00e9vrier de cette ann\u00e9e, SK Hynix aurait annonc\u00e9 son intention d&rsquo;investir 120 000 milliards de won (environ 90 milliards d&rsquo;Euros) pour la construction de quatre usines de fabrication de plaquettes sur un site de Yongin, \u00e0 40 km au sud de S\u00e9oul. Cet argent devrait \u00eatre d\u00e9pens\u00e9 entre 2022 et 2032.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"fr\">En termes de technologie de processus de fabrication, Samsung est tout pr\u00eat derri\u00e8re TSMC le leader mondial de la fabrication de puces. Les deux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s sont en production au n\u0153ud nominal de 7 nm et en contact avec les clients pour des productions \u00e0 5 nm. Tous deux ont \u00e9galement laiss\u00e9 Intel derri\u00e8re lui, qui avait des probl\u00e8mes avec l\u2019introduction de son noeud 10nm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>In terms of manufacturing process technology Samsung is close behind the world leader in chip manufacturing, TSMC. Both companies are in production at the nominal 7nm node and engaging with customers at 5nm. Both have also left Intel behind as it experienced problems with the introduction of its 10nm node ( voir: <a
