Avec pr\u00e8s de 30% de croissance annuelle*, le march\u00e9 du smart building conna\u00eet une forte expansion \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle internationale et constitue un pilier dans le d\u00e9veloppement du secteur tertiaire et des smart cities. Le partenariat entre ABB et Orange vise \u00e0 proposer des services enrichis en compl\u00e9ment des solutions pour le b\u00e2timent connect\u00e9 et communiquant qui permettent de piloter l\u2019ensemble des installations techniques et de t\u00e9l\u00e9gestion. L\u2019objectif \u00e9tant d\u2019assurer un meilleur confort aux utilisateurs du b\u00e2timent qu’ils soient exploitants, propri\u00e9taires, occupants, visiteurs et d\u2019optimiser l\u2019exploitation.<\/p>\n

Cette offre num\u00e9rique permettra aux occupants de g\u00e9rer facilement leur environnement de travail \u00e0 partir d\u2019une \u00ab t\u00e9l\u00e9commande \u00bb mobile. Elle int\u00e8gre des informations provenant de l’int\u00e9rieur et de l’ext\u00e9rieur du b\u00e2timent et contribue \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et au confort des occupants. Cette plateforme de services permettra \u00e9galement d’optimiser la consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n

Avec  la connexion entre les syst\u00e8mes de gestion d\u2019ABB permettant d\u2019interagir avec les \u00e9quipements techniques d\u2019un b\u00e2timent (lumi\u00e8re, chauffage, climatisation, ventilation, pr\u00e9sence, stores, consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, supervision, etc.), et l\u2019application mobile d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par Orange, l\u2019occupant aura acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une vaste gamme de services et agir sur son environnement: contr\u00f4ler la temp\u00e9rature d\u2019une pi\u00e8ce, \u00e9teindre la lumi\u00e8re, baisser les stores, etc… Dans un cadre professionnel, il pourra via l’application Orange, r\u00e9server une salle de r\u00e9union en temps r\u00e9el, se guider dans le b\u00e2timent, badger \u00e0 l’entr\u00e9e,  \u00e0 la cantine au parking, ou encore conna\u00eetre l\u2019\u00e9tat du trafic routier et des transports en commun \u00e0 proximit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Ce partenariat s\u2019appliquera dans un premier temps aux b\u00e2timents de bureaux du moyen et grand tertiaire, allant de l\u2019existant au neuf, mais \u00e9galement en dehors du cycle construction-r\u00e9novation, permettant \u00e0 tous les utilisateurs de mettre en place ces nouveaux services \u00e0 tout moment.<\/p>\n

Ces services seront d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s dans l\u2019un des trois nouveaux b\u00e2timents d\u2019ABB \u00e0 Beynost pr\u00e8s de Lyon. Le b\u00e2timent abritant 320 personnes, enti\u00e8rement connect\u00e9 et \u00e9co-responsable, jouera le r\u00f4le de vitrine de la combinaison technologique d\u2019ABB et Orange Business Services, avec notamment une ma\u00eetrise totale des consommations \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques.<\/p>\n
