Ce composant permet aux fabricants de satellites d&rsquo;augmenter consid\u00e9rablement la capacit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me et de r\u00e9duire de 50% l&#8217;empreinte de la solution pour leurs profils de mission en orbite terrestre moyenne (MEO), en orbite terrestre g\u00e9osynchrone (GEO), en orbite fortement elliptique (HEO) et en espace lointain.<\/p>\n<p>Plusieurs drivers de courant ISL72814SEH peuvent envoyer des impulsions de 28 V \/ 500 mA, pendant 750 ms \u00e0 plus de 1 500 commutateurs RF dans la charge utile d\u2019un satellite de communication, acheminant des signaux RF vers les stations de radio Internet et les cha\u00eenes de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision. Ils peuvent \u00e9galement envoyer des signaux 12V-30V avec des impulsions de verrouillage de 50 mA \u00e0 600 mA, afin de contr\u00f4ler les relais et les sol\u00e9no\u00efdes qui commutent les syst\u00e8mes de propulsion, modifient l\u2019altitude de l\u2019orbite et allument les moteurs pour orienter les panneaux solaires. L&rsquo;ISL72814SEH offre deux fois plus de canaux et une dissipation de puissance VCE(SAT)&nbsp;r\u00e9duite de 54% sur chaque canal par rapport aux circuits concurrents. Son dispositif de d\u00e9calage de niveau de tension&nbsp;int\u00e9gr\u00e9 supprime plusieurs composants p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques et les diodes de protection interne \u00e9liminent le besoin de circuits de protection suppl\u00e9mentaires pour la commande de charges inductives.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ISL72814SEH s\u2019appuie sur le process exclusif silicium sur isolant de Renesas pour atteindre une grande robustesse aux perturbations de type Effets \u00e0 Ev\u00e9nement Singuliers (SEE) dans les environnements contenant des ions lourds. Le d\u00e9codeur int\u00e9gr\u00e9 au driver s\u2019interface directement avec les E\/S universelles des FPGA et des microprocesseurs pr\u00e9sents dans l\u2019ordinateur de bord des satellites. Cela r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement le nombre de broches par rapport \u00e0 un r\u00e9seau de drivers avec 1 entr\u00e9e vers 1 sortie. De plus, chaque sortie PNP \u00e0 collecteur commun et \u00e9metteur ouvert des 16 canaux de l\u2019ISL72814SEH peut g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des impulsions jusqu\u2019\u00e0 42V et 700 mA. L\u2019ISL72814SEH est test\u00e9 au niveau wafer \u00e0 100 krad (Si) pour les forts d\u00e9bits de doses (HDR) et \u00e0 75 krad (Si) pour les faibles d\u00e9bits de doses (LDR).
