Par cons\u00e9quent, il convient \u00e0 un large \u00e9ventail d&rsquo;\u00e9quipements industriels et commerciaux, notamment les \u00e9quipements bureautiques et les terminaux bancaires, les produits blancs, les aspirateurs robotis\u00e9s et autres appareils \u00e9lectrom\u00e9nagers. Sa faible consommation de 1&nbsp;\u00b5A en mode veille est obtenue gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un nouveau circuit d&rsquo;alimentation, qui commande le r\u00e9gulateur VCC&nbsp;en mode veille. Cela contribue \u00e0 \u00e9conomiser l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie des nombreuses applications modernes aliment\u00e9es par batterie, comme les petits robots domestiques ou les serrures \u00e9lectroniques, ainsi que les dispositifs aliment\u00e9s par des chargeurs USB 5V, tout en rallongeant l\u2019autonomie des dispositifs aliment\u00e9s par batterie.<\/p>\n<p>Capable de piloter un moteur CC \u00e0 balais selon quatre modes \u00e0 courant constant (marche avant, marche arri\u00e8re, freinage et arrt), le TB67H450FNG peut fournir jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 50V et 3,5A, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un MOSFET int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 faible r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat passant (0,6W). Ce CI de commande moteur tr\u00e8s int\u00e9gr\u00e9 comprend un seul canal \u00e0 pont en H, et dispose de plusieurs fonctions de d\u00e9tection de d\u00e9faut telles que TSD (Thermal Shut Down, ou coupure thermique), ISD (Intensity Shut Down, ou coupure en cas de surintensit\u00e9), et UVLO (Under Voltage Lock Out, ou verrouillage en cas de tension insuffisante).
