Le syst\u00e8me sur puce (SoC) \u00e0 signaux mixtes, appel\u00e9 Raven, est bas\u00e9 sur le noyau PicoRV32 RISC-V ultra-basse consommation d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par la communaut\u00e9 RISC V. Efabless a test\u00e9 le Raven \u00e0 100 MHz et, sur la base de simulations, la conception devrait pouvoir fonctionner jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 150 MHz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"fr\">La conception open source utilise des IP analogiques propri\u00e9taire X-FAB et est cr\u00e9\u00e9e avec un flux de conception open source. Cette conception hybride open source apporte la puissance de l\u2019innovation ouverte tout en prot\u00e9geant les investissements importants dans la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle (IP).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"fr\">Efabless et X-FAB ont choisi de fabriquer le <\/span>MCU RISC-V <span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"fr\">Raven selon le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 XH018 hautement fiable de X-FAB. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un processus flexible \u00e0 180 nm avec 6 niveaux de m\u00e9tallisation et une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d&rsquo;options, notamment une option faible consommation, une isolation sur puce pour les hautes tensions et une m\u00e9moire flash haute temp\u00e9rature. Le processus XH018 de X-FAB r\u00e9pond aux exigences de qualit\u00e9 automobile et est populaire dans une large gamme d\u2019applications automobiles, industrielles et m\u00e9dicales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"fr\">La conception du composant est enti\u00e8rement fonctionnelle et Efabless s\u2019engage d\u00e9sormais avec ses premiers clients pour la conception d\u2019offres d\u00e9riv\u00e9es.
