Ces nouveaux contr\u00f4leurs (TC78B041FNG et TC78B042FTG) sont destin\u00e9s aux appareils m\u00e9nagers comme les climatiseurs et les purificateurs d&rsquo;air, ainsi qu\u2019aux \u00e9quipements industriels.<\/p>\n<p>Les fabricants d&rsquo;\u00e9lectrom\u00e9nager et d&rsquo;\u00e9quipements industriels utilisent de plus en plus d&rsquo;inverteurs pour commander les moteurs de ventilateurs, afin de r\u00e9pondre aux demandes du march\u00e9 pour un meilleur rendement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et une r\u00e9duction du niveau sonore.&nbsp;Pour obtenir un rendement \u00e9lev\u00e9 avec les syst\u00e8mes conventionnels, il faut ajuster les phases de la tension et du courant moteur pour chaque moteur de ventilateur. Cependant, obtenir un rendement \u00e9lev\u00e9 sur une large plage de vitesses de rotation, allant de quasiment z\u00e9ro tours\/minute (t\/mn) au d\u00e9marrage, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 plusieurs milliers de t\/mn, n\u00e9cessite de nombreux composants pour le r\u00e9glage de phase. Cela appelle \u00e9galement un syst\u00e8me de commande \u00e0 MCU (microcontr\u00f4leur), \u00e0 la fois complexe et fastidieux \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper.<\/p>\n<p>Avec l&rsquo;introduction d&rsquo;InPAC, la nouvelle technologie de commande originale de Toshiba, qui ajuste automatiquement les phases du signal Hall et du courant moteur, ces nouveaux dispositifs pilotent les moteurs avec un rendement \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 celui d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me de commande \u00e0 MCU, sur une large plage de vitesses de rotation. InPAC permet d\u2019obtenir une commande sinuso\u00efdale de moteur de ventilateur offrant un rendement \u00e9lev\u00e9, et permettant de r\u00e9duire le niveau sonore.&nbsp;En outre, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que le r\u00e9glage de phase se fait automatiquement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 quelques param\u00e8tres simples, cela \u00e9vite le d\u00e9veloppement fastidieux de logiciel et l&rsquo;ajustement par le microcontr\u00f4leur, ce qui simplifie consid\u00e9rablement le processus de d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n<p>Ces nouveaux contr\u00f4leurs disposent d\u2019un interrupteur de d\u00e9tection avant&nbsp;\/&nbsp;arri\u00e8re et d\u2019une d\u00e9tection de blocage du moteur. Le nombre d&rsquo;impulsions du signal impulsionnel de rotation peut&nbsp;\u00eatres\u00e9lectionn\u00e9. Le TC78B041FNG se pr\u00e9sente dans un bo\u00eetier SSOP30 de 7,6&nbsp;x&nbsp;10,2&nbsp;x&nbsp;1,6&nbsp;mm et dispose d\u2019une entr\u00e9e positive de d\u00e9tection de d\u00e9faut.
