Une gamme compl\u00e8te de dispositifs MAG est propos\u00e9e pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 un tr\u00e8s large \u00e9ventail de modules de puissance, de fournisseurs et de technologies de commutation \u00e0 semi-conducteurs pour les classes de tensions&nbsp;1700&nbsp;V, 3300&nbsp;V et&nbsp;4500&nbsp;V.<\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me de commande de grille&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/gate-driver.power.com\/products\/scale-iflex-family\/scale-iflex\/?utm_campaign=SCALE-iFlex&amp;utm_medium=referral&amp;utm_source=PI&amp;utm_content=PressRelease&amp;utm_term=Gate+SCALE-iFlex+Traction+PI+EN\">SCALE-iFlex<\/a>&nbsp;facilite le raccordement en parall\u00e8le des plus r\u00e9cents modules \u00e0 double alimentation de l&rsquo;industrie, en apportant l\u2019\u00e9volutivit\u00e9 d\u2019un syst\u00e8me fiable et extr\u00eamement flexible et en limitant au minimum les activit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement. Les modules MAG sont plac\u00e9s au voisinage des bornes de commande des modules pour assurer une excellente commutation et les unit\u00e9s de commande IMC assurent la communication n\u00e9cessaire entre ces modules MAG et les fonctions de gestion de MCU (microcontr\u00f4leur) de l&rsquo;utilisateur, comme les commandes \u00e0 modulation de largeur d&rsquo;impulsion (PWM), les notifications de court-circuit ou de tension insuffisante, ou encore les mesures de tension sur capteur de temp\u00e9rature CTN et liaisonsDC (tensions&nbsp;continues). &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le module IMC est disponible, au choix, avec une interface \u00e9lectrique ou \u00e0 fibre optique, avec isolation renforc\u00e9e, conform\u00e9ment aux normes EN 50124-1, IEC 61800-5-1 et UL&nbsp;61800-5-1 pour les modules de puissance&nbsp;1700&nbsp;V et&nbsp;3300&nbsp;V. Le module IMC \u00e0 fibre optique r\u00e9pond \u00e9galement aux exigences d&rsquo;isolation de base des semi-conducteurs \u00e0&nbsp;4500&nbsp;V. Ces dispositifs b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019un rev\u00eatement conforme double face&nbsp;; ils ont tous \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gralement test\u00e9s&nbsp;in-situ&nbsp;et soumis \u00e0 des tests Hipot (isolation et di\u00e9lectrique) et de d\u00e9charge partielle pour garantir une fiabilit\u00e9 in\u00e9gal\u00e9e. Ces dispositifs disposent d&rsquo;un ensemble complet de fonctions de protection, notamment verrouillage en cas de tension insuffisante, protection contre les courts-circuits avec processus d&rsquo;arr\u00eat progressif ASSD (Advanced Soft Shut Down) et mesures de temp\u00e9rature par capteur de temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 CTN avec isolation renforc\u00e9e (jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0&nbsp;3300&nbsp;V).<\/p>\n<p>Selon Thorsten Schmidt, Responsable technique produit&nbsp;chez Power Integrations, \u00ab&nbsp;le syst\u00e8me de commande de grille&nbsp;SCALE-iFlex est optimis\u00e9 pour les modules de puissance de&nbsp;1700&nbsp;V \u00e0&nbsp;3300&nbsp;V les plus r\u00e9cents des fabricants les plus performants.
