Mais jusqu\u2019ici les concepteurs \u00e9taient limit\u00e9s par la pr\u00e9cision de capteurs adapt\u00e9s aux petits appareils aliment\u00e9s par batterie et port\u00e9s en permanence par les utilisateurs. Ces deux nouveaux capteurs de surveillance continue de param\u00e8tres vitaux Maxim, permettent de mesurer plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment les param\u00e8tres comme la temp\u00e9rature, la fr\u00e9quence cardiaque et la saturation du sang en oxyg\u00e8ne (SpO2).<br \/>\nLe cardio-fr\u00e9quencem\u00e8tre et oxym\u00e8tre auriculaire MAXM86161, est la plus petite solution toute int\u00e9gr\u00e9e du march\u00e9. Il est capable de fournir des mesures de fr\u00e9quence cardiaque et de SpO2 tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cises, \u00e0 partir d\u2019appareil auditifs et autres dispositifs wearables. Il est optimis\u00e9 pour les applications intra-auriculaires gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son bo\u00eetier miniature (40% plus petit que son concurrent le plus proche) et \u00e0 son rapport signal \/ bruit record dans sa cat\u00e9gorie (gain de 3 dB avec signal \u00e0 limitation de bande pour photo-pl\u00e9thysmographie, aussi appel\u00e9e PPG, par rapport \u00e0 son concurrent le plus proche). Ces caract\u00e9ristiques permettent de d\u00e9velopper des dispositifs couvrant un plus large \u00e9ventail d&rsquo;utilisations. Le MAXM86161 consomme environ 35% de moins et prolonge ainsi la vie des batteries de wearables. En outre, un frontal analogique int\u00e9gr\u00e9 (AFE pour Analog Front End en anglais) \u00e9vite le recours \u00e0 l&rsquo;AFE suppl\u00e9mentaire n\u00e9cessitant g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une puce s\u00e9par\u00e9e pour connecter le module optique.&nbsp;<br \/>\nLe capteur de temp\u00e9rature num\u00e9rique MAX30208 offre une pr\u00e9cision de mesure de classe clinique (\u00b1 0,1\u00b0C) avec une r\u00e9ponse rapide aux changements de temp\u00e9rature. Il r\u00e9pond \u00e9galement aux exigences de consommation et d\u2019encombrement des petites applications aliment\u00e9es par batterie, comme les montres connect\u00e9es ou les patchs m\u00e9dicaux. Il simplifie la conception d&rsquo;applications de sant\u00e9 wearables aliment\u00e9es par batterie, pour la mesure de temp\u00e9rature. Plus facile \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre que les offres concurrentes, il mesure la temp\u00e9rature sur le dessus du dispositif et n\u2019est donc pas perturb\u00e9 par son propre \u00e9chauffement, contrairement \u00e0 ses concurrents. Le MAX30208 g\u00e8re jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 quatre ports I2C pour permettre la connexion de plusieurs capteurs sur le m\u00eame bus.
