L&rsquo;usine de fabrication est la plus grande de X-Fab en Europe. Elle dispose de 15 000 m\u00b2 de salles blanches et 9 000 m\u00b2 suppl\u00e9mentaires peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9s pour r\u00e9pondre l&rsquo;\u00e9volution de la demande. La technologie haute tension XH018 maintenant mise \u00e0 disposition compl\u00e8te la technologie RF-SOI d\u00e9j\u00e0 en production sur ce site depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Sp\u00e9cialement optimis\u00e9 pour les applications automobiles, industrielles et m\u00e9dicales, le processus \u00e0 signaux mixtes XH018 pr\u00e9sente une architecture modulaire offrant une flexibilit\u00e9 maximale aux concepteurs. En plus de prendre en charge les op\u00e9rations \u00e0 hautes temp\u00e9ratures et \u00e0 faibles fuites, le XH018 int\u00e8gre des fonctionnalit\u00e9s PDK avanc\u00e9es qui am\u00e9liorent la robustesse de la conception et permettent un silicium fonctionnel parfaitement op\u00e9rationnel.
