Notre partenariat technologique en Formule E avec Mahindra Racing aide d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe \u00e0 gagner sur les circuits. Ensemble, nous avons con\u00e7u et int\u00e9gr\u00e9 un syst\u00e8me de gestion de batterie Li-ion basse tension avec des circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s ISL78714 et des microcontr\u00f4leurs RH850. Ce syst\u00e8me est utilis\u00e9 dans les voitures de course \u00e9lectriques de Mahindra. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;ISL78714 poss\u00e8de de nombreuses fonctionnalit\u00e9s. Il peut contr\u00f4ler et \u00e9quilibrer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 14 cellules connect\u00e9es en s\u00e9rie avec une pr\u00e9cision de \u00b12mV sur toutes les plages de temp\u00e9rature automobile. Cela permet aux concepteurs syst\u00e8mes de prendre des d\u00e9cisions bas\u00e9es sur des niveaux de tension absolue. L&rsquo;ISL78714 comprend un convertisseur analogique-num\u00e9rique \u00e0 14 bits de pr\u00e9cision et un circuit d&rsquo;acquisition de donn\u00e9es associ\u00e9. Il offre \u00e9galement jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 six entr\u00e9es de temp\u00e9rature externes (dont deux disponibles sur GPIO) et permet la d\u00e9tection des d\u00e9fauts et le diagnostic pour toutes les fonctions internes cl\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;ISL78714 r\u00e9pond aux exigences rigoureuses de fiabilit\u00e9 et de performance des syst\u00e8mes de stockage d\u2019\u00e9nergie pour toutes les variantes d&rsquo;EV, y compris HEV\/PHEV, avec des fonctionnalit\u00e9s de suret\u00e9 fonctionnelle qui permettent aux constructeurs automobiles d&rsquo;atteindre le niveau d&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 automobile (ASIL D) de l\u2019ISO 26262. De plus, l&rsquo;ISL78714 permet de surveiller et de mesurer les sur\/sous tensions, la temp\u00e9rature, les circuits ouverts et les d\u00e9fauts pour 112 cellules en moins de 10ms, ou pour 70 cellules en 6,5ms.<\/p>\n<p>Plusieurs ISL78714 peuvent \u00eatre connect\u00e9s ensemble gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un bus propri\u00e9taire qui supporte jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 420 cellules (soit 30 ISL78714) et qui fournit une immunit\u00e9 aux transitoires et EMC\/EMI de pointe, d\u00e9passant les exigences automobiles. L&rsquo;architecture en cascade de l&rsquo;ISL78714 utilise une isolation capacitive ou par transformateur \u00e0 faible co\u00fbt, ou une combinaison des deux. En utilisant en compl\u00e9ment un c\u00e2blage \u00e0 paires torsad\u00e9es pour cascader plusieurs blocs de batteries ensemble, le syst\u00e8me est ainsi prot\u00e9g\u00e9 contre les surtensions et pendant les connexions \u00e0 chaud.
