title=\"\">memBrain stocke les poids synaptiques dans la porte flottante int\u00e9gr\u00e9e sur la puce, offrant ainsi une am\u00e9lioration de la latence du syst\u00e8me.<\/span> <span title=\"\">Compar\u00e9 aux approches num\u00e9riques DSP et SRAM \/ DRAM, il permet une consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie 10 \u00e0 20 fois inf\u00e9rieure et r\u00e9duit le co\u00fbt des
