TSMC est la premi\u00e8re fonderie au monde en termes de chiffre d&rsquo;affaires avec la capacit\u00e9 de fournir 12 millions de plaquettes de 12 pouces en 2019 dans des processus allant de 0,5 micron \u00e0 7 nm. Globalfoundries a affirm\u00e9 que les processus de fabrication de TSMC enfreignaient 16 de ses brevets (voir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electronique-eci.com\/news\/glofo-attaque-tsmc-en-justice-pour-violation-de-brevets\">GloFo poursuit TSMC en justice au sujet des brevets de processus<\/a>).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"fr\">\u00ab\u00a0Nous sommes d\u00e9\u00e7us de voir une fonderie concurrente recourir \u00e0 des poursuites injustifi\u00e9es au lieu de rivaliser sur le march\u00e9 avec la technologie\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 TSMC dans un communiqu\u00e9 publi\u00e9 le 27 ao\u00fbt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"fr\">Dans deux d\u00e9p\u00f4ts aupr\u00e8s de la Commission du commerce international des \u00c9tats-Unis, Globalfoundries r\u00e9clame une interdiction d&rsquo;importer des produits contenant les semiconducteurs incrimin\u00e9s. outre TSMC et ses filiales, les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s et filiales suivantes figuraient parmi les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s concern\u00e9es: Broadcom, Nvidia, Apple, Arista Networks, AsusTek, Cisco Systems, Lenovo Group, MediaTek, Qualcomm, Xilinx, Avnet, Digi-Key, Mouser Electronics, Google, Motorola
