Avec le BD83070GWL, ROHM \u00e9tend sa gamme de produits avec un circuit int\u00e9gr\u00e9 Buck-Boost aux performances \u00e0 la pointe de l\u2019industrie.<br \/>\nLe BD83070GWL a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pour \u00eatre le meilleur produit de sa cat\u00e9gorie pour des appareils \u00e9coresponsables \u00e0 faible consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie, utilis\u00e9s dans les applications compactes aliment\u00e9es par batterie. Le MOSFET int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 faible RDS(on)&nbsp;avec un circuit \u00e0 faible courant de commande r\u00e9alise un rendement de conversion de courant \u00e0 la pointe de l\u2019industrie de 97 % durant le fonctionnement (@ 200mA de courant de charge) ainsi qu\u2019une consommation de courant de repos de premier ordre avec 2,8\u00b5A.
