Le D6T-32L est l&rsquo;un des trois nouveaux mod\u00e8les de la gamme D6T, annonc\u00e9s par Omron.&nbsp; Pour les applications n\u00e9cessitant un champ de vision plus restreint, les versions D6T-8L-09H (1&#215;8) et D6T-44L-06H (4&#215;4) offrent des plages respectives de 54,5&nbsp;\u00b0 x 5,5&nbsp;\u00b0 et de 44,2&nbsp;\u00b0 x 45,7&nbsp;\u00b0. Ces deux dispositifs mesurent sans contact les temp\u00e9ratures de 5 \u00e0 45&nbsp;\u00baC.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Les nouveaux mod\u00e8les de la gamme peuvent s&rsquo;int\u00e9grer \u00e0 un vaste \u00e9ventail de nouvelles applications&nbsp;\u00bb, explique Gabriele Fulco,&nbsp;chef produit Europ\u00e9en d\u2019Omron. \u00ab&nbsp;De la d\u00e9tection des temp\u00e9ratures anormales dans les \u00e9quipements industriels des lignes de production \u00e0 la surveillance des aliments et d&rsquo;autres points de temp\u00e9ratures dans les cuisines, le capteur D6T contribue fortement \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des lieux de travail, puisqu&rsquo;il identifie les probl\u00e8mes potentiels avant qu&rsquo;ils ne produisent des situations dangereuses. Non seulement il peut sauver des vies, mais il permet aussi d&rsquo;\u00e9conomiser sur les frais d&rsquo;exploitation par une maintenance pr\u00e9ventive opportune. Les capteurs de la gamme sont \u00e9galement destin\u00e9s \u00e0 la d\u00e9tection des personnes dont la pr\u00e9sence et l&#8217;emplacement pourront \u00eatre capt\u00e9s par les nouveaux mod\u00e8les avec une pr\u00e9cision et une fiabilit\u00e9 sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Les capteurs thermiques MEMS Omron D6T sont bas\u00e9s sur un capteur IR qui mesure la temp\u00e9rature de surface des objets sans contact, \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un \u00e9l\u00e9ment thermopile absorbant l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e9mise par l&rsquo;objet vis\u00e9. Le D6T incorpore dans un tout petit format une thermopile MEMS de pointe, un circuit int\u00e9gr\u00e9 sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7u et un microprocesseur et un algorithme de traitement des signaux, pour offrir le plus haut rapport signal\/bruit du secteur. Il convertit le signal du capteur en un signal num\u00e9rique de temp\u00e9rature en sortie sur une simple interface de microcontr\u00f4leur.
