Les types de produits SK 662, SK 664, SK 665, SK 669 et SK 681 offrent des solutions efficaces pour la dissipation thermique de composants de diff\u00e9rentes tailles et longueurs. Les dissipateurs thermiques peuvent \u00eatre fix\u00e9s au PCB de diff\u00e9rentes mani\u00e8res. Les dissipateurs thermiques pour PCB ont un canal filet\u00e9 extrud\u00e9 dans la base du dissipateur thermique, qui est plac\u00e9 sur le PCB. Une vis m\u00e9trique M3 peut \u00eatre viss\u00e9e dans ce canal depuis l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re du PCB pour le fixer au PCB. Il est \u00e9galement possible d&rsquo;enfoncer un boulon en laiton (Art. No. ELS 3) avec un rev\u00eatement de surface soudable dans le canal filet\u00e9 pour le montage par soudure. Le dissipateur thermique du circuit imprim\u00e9 peut donc \u00eatre manipul\u00e9 comme un composant \u00e9lectronique et connect\u00e9 ou soud\u00e9 au circuit imprim\u00e9, par exemple en utilisant la m\u00e9thode de soudage par refusion. Sur la face sup\u00e9rieure du dissipateur de chaleur pour circuit imprim\u00e9 concern\u00e9 se trouve \u00e9galement un canal filet\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9 au profil\u00e9, qui peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 comme \u00e9l\u00e9ment de fixation dans une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d&rsquo;applications. La fixation des transistors respectifs install\u00e9s sur le circuit imprim\u00e9 au dissipateur thermique du circuit imprim\u00e9 est souvent consid\u00e9r\u00e9e par le client comme un facteur de r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts. La simplification du montage des transistors est assur\u00e9e dans les diff\u00e9rents types de dissipateurs thermiques pour circuits imprim\u00e9s destin\u00e9s \u00e0 recevoir des ressorts de retenue des transistors encliquetables, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une g\u00e9om\u00e9trie sp\u00e9ciale de la rainure int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans le dissipateur thermique. Celle-ci est introduite directement lors de l&rsquo;extrusion du profil\u00e9 et offre \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisateur l&rsquo;avantage d\u00e9cisif de pouvoir encliqueter les transistors \u00e0 fixer directement dans la rainure \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de ressorts de retenue des transistors \u00e0 encliqueter de forme sp\u00e9ciale en acier inoxydable (n\u00b0 d&rsquo;art. THFU). Le montage simple qui en r\u00e9sulte, avec un maintien s\u00fbr, assure un transfert thermique optimal entre le composant et la surface de montage du dissipateur thermique. Une fois engag\u00e9, le ressort reste inamovible dans sa position et fixe le transistor sur la surface de montage par une forte pression de contact.
