Le transistor peut fonctionner \u00e0 basse tension, avec des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s d&rsquo;inverseur r\u00e9glables, et un temps de descente et de mont\u00e9e d\u00e9montr\u00e9 11 nanosecondes dans des circuits d&rsquo;inversseur et d&rsquo;oscillateur en anneau.<\/p>\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une \u00e9tape cl\u00e9 pour la commercialisation de circuits \u00e9lectroniques efficaces, flexibles et imprimables. Les circuits logiques haute fr\u00e9quence, tels que les circuits inverseurs et les oscillateurs \u00e0 faible consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et \u00e0 temps de r\u00e9ponse rapide, sont les \u00e9l\u00e9ments constitutifs essentiels de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique imprim\u00e9e sur grande surface, \u00e0 faible consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et flexible du futur.<\/p>\n<p>Le groupe Composants et syst\u00e8mes organiques (ODS) de l&rsquo;Institut de physique appliqu\u00e9e (IAP) de la TU Dresden est dirig\u00e9 par le Dr Hans Kleemann.
