Les oscilloscopes R&amp;S RTP disposent d\u00e9sormais de capacit\u00e9s d&rsquo;analyse des signaux en r\u00e9flexion (TDR) et en transmission (TDT) dans le domaine temporel afin de caract\u00e9riser et de d\u00e9boguer les probl\u00e9matiques li\u00e9es \u00e0 la propagation des signaux.<br \/>\nLes nouveaux mod\u00e8les de la gamme R&amp;S RTP disposent de l&rsquo;ensemble des fonctionnalit\u00e9s d\u00e9j\u00e0 disponibles sur les oscilloscopes existants disposant de 8 GHz de bande passante, et qui se distinguent notamment par leur vitesse d&rsquo;acquisition et de traitement \u00e9lev\u00e9e et leur capacit\u00e9 de compensation en temps r\u00e9el des pertes de transmission (de-embedding). La bande passante du syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9clenchement num\u00e9rique le plus avanc\u00e9 du march\u00e9 est \u00e9tendue \u00e0 16 GHz afin d&rsquo;assurer la d\u00e9tection de signaux de tr\u00e8s faibles amplitudes et intermittents avec le plus haut niveau de pr\u00e9cision. Les oscilloscopes R&amp;S RTP disposent d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9clenchement compensant en temps r\u00e9el les pertes de transmission ainsi qu&rsquo;une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d&rsquo;outils de d\u00e9clenchement op\u00e9rationnels sur toute la largeur de bande de fr\u00e9quences de l&rsquo;instrument : largeur d&rsquo;impulsion, setup and hold, ou runt,&nbsp;etc.<br \/>\nUn nouveau module math\u00e9matique situ\u00e9 directement apr\u00e8s le bloc de compensation temps r\u00e9el prend en charge les fonctions d&rsquo;addition ou de soustraction de deux signaux quelconques, ainsi que l&rsquo;inversion du signal et les op\u00e9rations en mode commun. Cette fonctionnalit\u00e9 de d\u00e9clenchement sur fonction math\u00e9matique est parfaitement adapt\u00e9e au d\u00e9bogage de signaux diff\u00e9rentiels \u00e0 grande vitesse et accessible aux fonctions d&rsquo;acquisition et de d\u00e9clenchement.<br \/>\nAvec les oscilloscopes R&amp;S RTP, les utilisateurs peuvent maintenant analyser des signaux de bus s\u00e9rie \u00e0 grande vitesse \u00e0 des d\u00e9bits de donn\u00e9es allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 16 Gbps gr\u00e2ce aux options R&amp;S RTP-K140\/K141 d\u00e9di\u00e9es aux d\u00e9clenchements de pattern de donn\u00e9es s\u00e9rie, qui proposent une solution mat\u00e9rielle de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des donn\u00e9es d&rsquo;horloge pour extraire le signal d&rsquo;horloge int\u00e9gr\u00e9 comme r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de d\u00e9clenchement. Le syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9clenchement prend en charge des patterns dont la longueur peut atteindre 160 bits, ainsi que des formats de d\u00e9codage tels que 8B\/10B ou 128B\/132B. L\u2018int\u00e9grit\u00e9 du signal peut \u00eatre analys\u00e9 en un coup d\u2019oeil gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention, via l&rsquo;horloge int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, de diagrammes de l&rsquo;\u0153il et la rapidit\u00e9 des fonctions histogramme et de test de masque. Les r\u00e9sultats sont fournis en quelques secondes.<br \/>\nGr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la nouvelle option R&amp;S RTP-K93, les oscilloscopes R&amp;S RTP assurent les tests de d\u00e9bogage et de conformit\u00e9 d&rsquo;interfaces de m\u00e9moire DRAM de type DDR4, DDR4L et LPDDR4.
