Concevoir des syst\u00e8mes embarqu\u00e9s bas\u00e9s sur les MCU de la famille RA permet aux ing\u00e9nieurs de d\u00e9velopper facilement des objets et des passerelles connect\u00e9s pour les domaines de l&rsquo;automatisation industrielle, du b\u00e2timent intelligent, du comptage intelligent, de la sant\u00e9 ainsi que des produits \u00e9lectrom\u00e9nagers. La famille RA est PSA Certified\u2122 Niveau 1 et comprend les s\u00e9ries RA2 (jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 60 MHz), RA4 (jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 100 MHz), RA6 (jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 200 MHz) et la s\u00e9rie RA8 double c\u0153ur, qui sera lanc\u00e9 ult\u00e9rieurement.<\/p>\n<p>Les cinq premiers groupes de MCU RA disponibles, aujourd&rsquo;hui, sont compos\u00e9s de 32 MCU \u00e9volutifs&nbsp;avec des c\u0153urs Arm Cortex-M4 et Cortex-M23. Ils disposent d&rsquo;un nombre de broches de 32 \u00e0 176 broches, de 256 Ko \u00e0 2 Mo de m\u00e9moire flash, de 32 \u00e0 640 Ko de m\u00e9moire SRAM et de solution de connectivit\u00e9 comme l\u2019USB, le bus CAN et l\u2019Ethernet. Il est facile de changer de MCU au sein de la famille RA gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la compatibilit\u00e9 des fonctions et des broches. Chaque groupe de MCU RA offre des performances sup\u00e9rieures en termes de consommation \u00e9lectrique, en mode actif et en mode veille, ainsi que des fonctions am\u00e9lior\u00e9es comme la technologie de touche tactile capacitive de Renesas qui est tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Le FSP de la famille RA offre une architecture ouverte qui permet aux clients de r\u00e9utiliser leur code existant et de le combiner avec des exemples logiciels de Renesas et de ses partenaires de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la mise-en-\u0153uvre de fonction complexe comme la connectivit\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Le FSP int\u00e8gre Amazon FreeRTOS&nbsp;; il offrira d\u00e8s d\u00e9but 2020, la prise en charge de l\u2019OS temps r\u00e9el ThreadX et de nombreux logiciel middleware seront disponible pour les MCU bas\u00e9s sur les c\u0153urs Cortex-M23 et Cortex-M33 de la famille RA, offrant aux ing\u00e9nieurs des options logicielles avanc\u00e9es pour leurs d\u00e9veloppements d\u2019objets connect\u00e9s au Cloud. Ces options pr\u00eates \u00e0 l\u2019emploi peuvent d\u2019\u00eatre facilement remplac\u00e9 ou \u00e9tendue \u00e0 d\u2019autre RTOS ou middleware.<\/p>\n<p>La feuille de route de la famille RA pr\u00e9voit le d\u00e9ploiement d&rsquo;autres MCU en 2020 avec des technologies plus avanc\u00e9es, des caract\u00e9ristiques uniques et un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me de partenaires de plus en plus complet. La feuille de route contient \u00e9galement des p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques conformes aux API PSA Certified et Trusted Firmware-M (TF-M), et cela inclut \u00e9galement les MCU Cortex-M33, les MCU Cortex-M23 \u00e0 faible consommation et les produits IoT sans fil BLE \/ IEEE 802.15.4.
