Cela les rend \u00e9galement plus \u00e9conerg\u00e9tiques m\u00eame si ils sont un peu plus complexes que les r\u00e9seaux de neurones num\u00e9riques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"fr\">Cette annonce du CEA-Leti se heurte au fait que BrainChip Holdings Ltd. a lanc\u00e9 son propre syst\u00e8me Neuromorphique sur une puce (Akida Neuromorphic System &#8211; SoC) en septembre 2018, pr\u00e9tendant \u00eatre la premi\u00e8re soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 impl\u00e9menter de mani\u00e8re mat\u00e9rielle une architecture de r\u00e9seau de neurones spiking ( voir <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eenewsanalog.com\/news\/brainchip-launches-spiking-neural-network-soc\">BrainChip lance le r\u00e9seau de neurones \u00e0 impulsions (SoC<\/a>).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"fr\">Le CEA-Leti a fabriqu\u00e9 sa puce dans un processus de fabrication CMOS de 130 nm avec des neurones analogiques et des synapses \u00e0 base de RAM r\u00e9sistive (ReRAM), int\u00e9gr\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re monolithique au-dessus des dispositifs CMOS. Source: IEDM.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"fr\">La puce de test comprend 11 500 cellules ReRAM 1T-1R et a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 une pr\u00e9cision de 84% \u00e0 la reconnaissance des chiffres manuscrits de la base de donn\u00e9es MNIST, avec une dissipation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie 5 fois plus faible au niveau de la synapse et des neurones (3,6 pJ) par rapport aux autres puces utilisant des m\u00e9thodes de programmation formelles pour la classification des images.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Suivant: Les am\u00e9liorations possibles<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"fr\">Les chercheurs disent que passer de 130 nm au n\u0153ud \u00e0 28 nm pourrait entra\u00eener une r\u00e9duction d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de 10x et un gain de densit\u00e9 de 30x, et que l&rsquo;utilisation de la m\u00e9moire RRAM pour construire des cellules de m\u00e9moire \u00e0 plusieurs niveaux par rapport aux cellules \u00e0 niveau unique de la puce de test peut augmenter encore la densit\u00e9 synaptiques de 4x.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"fr\">Il convient \u00e9galement de noter que le CEA-Leti est un partenaire de d\u00e9veloppement et de fabrication de Weebit Nano Ltd., une start-up en d\u00e9veloppement de ReRAM \u00e0 base d&rsquo;oxyde de silicium (voir <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eenewsanalog.com\/news\/weebit-leti-demo-siox-reram-neuromorphic-application\">Weebit, Leti: composants&nbsp; SiOx ReRAM dans une application neuromorphique<\/a>).
