La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 fabrique en laboratoire des mat\u00e9riaux diamant\u00e9s synth\u00e9tiques de qualit\u00e9 \u00e9lectronique pour les industries des semiconducteurs, des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications, des produits grand public.<\/p>\n<p>Pour Adam Khan, fondateur d&rsquo;Akhan Semiconductor \u00a0\u00bb La plaquette de diamant de 300&nbsp;mm d&rsquo;Akhan permettra des appareils plus puissants et durables mieux refroidis. Les fabricants n&rsquo;apportent que des mises \u00e0 jour mineures \u00e0 leurs processus de fabrication existants.
