La protection du module contre les impulsions br\u00e8ves et les surtensions facilite \u00e9galement la conformit\u00e9 aux normes MIL-STD-1275(D, E) et RTCA\/DO-160G (parties 16 \u00e0 18). Les essais de qualification r\u00e9pondent aux normes militaires am\u00e9ricaines MIL-STD-883F et MIL-STD-202G.<\/p>\n<p>La s\u00e9rie FQB pr\u00e9sente une plage de tension de service d\u2019entr\u00e9e comprise entre 8,5&nbsp;Vdc et 40&nbsp;Vdc&nbsp;; elle peut supporter des transitoires allant de -50&nbsp;V \u00e0 +210&nbsp;V. Elle offre \u00e9galement une protection contre les tensions inverses en entr\u00e9e, les sous-tensions et les surtensions, ainsi que les surintensit\u00e9s. Ces filtres sont \u00e9quip\u00e9s en standard d\u2019une fonction marche-arr\u00eat \u00e0 distance et d\u2019un signal de d\u00e9faut et de bonne qualit\u00e9 du courant continu (DC Good&nbsp;\/&nbsp;Fault) \u00e0 collecteur ouvert. L\u2019appel du courant de la batterie du syst\u00e8me connect\u00e9 est minimis\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une consommation \u00e9lectrique hors charge typique de 3&nbsp;mA, r\u00e9duite \u00e0 seulement 1,5&nbsp;mA lorsque la fonction marche-arr\u00eat \u00e0 distance est activ\u00e9e. La r\u00e9sistance totale en courant continu du filtre s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve typiquement \u00e0 30&nbsp;m\u03a9, ce qui contribute \u00e0 limiter les pertes de puissance.<\/p>\n<p>Les filtres FQB sont propos\u00e9s avec un filtrage standard (suffixe -S) et une temp\u00e9rature assign\u00e9e d\u2019embase comprise entre -40&nbsp;\u00b0C et +115&nbsp;\u00b0C, ou avec un filtrage renforc\u00e9 (suffixe -M) et une temp\u00e9rature assign\u00e9e \u00e9tendue allant de -55&nbsp;\u00b0C \u00e0 +115&nbsp;\u00b0C. Le filtrage renforc\u00e9 comprend des tests fonctionnels \u00e0 hautes et basses temp\u00e9ratures et une p\u00e9riode de vieillissement de 96 heures avec variations cycliques de la temp\u00e9rature.<\/p>\n<p>La s\u00e9rie FQB \u00e0 monter sur circuit imprim\u00e9 est refroidie \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un dissipateur thermique au format \u00bc de brique, standard de l\u2019industrie, ou par conduction via une semelle de refroidissement. Le bo\u00eetier sans bride mesure 60,6 x 39 x 12,7&nbsp;mm (L x l x H)&nbsp;; la version \u00e0 brides mesure 60,6 x 55,9 x 12,7&nbsp;mm.
