En pratique, le XPH4R10ANB offre une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat passant de seulement 4,1&nbsp;m\u03a9, ce qui permet de r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement les pertes. Les deux dispositifs sont log\u00e9s en bo\u00eetier SOP Advance (WF) \u00e0 flans mouillables. Ce type de petit bo\u00eetier est \u00e9prouv\u00e9 pour les applications automobiles 48V, et il est compatible avec les machines AOI (Automated Optical Inspection, ou inspection optique automatis\u00e9e) qui servent \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler la qualit\u00e9 des joints de soudure.<\/p>\n<p>Les deux dispositifs font partie de la s\u00e9rie U-MOSVIII-H de Toshiba et offrent une tension drain-source (VDS) de 100V et une temp\u00e9rature maximale de fonctionnement de 175\u00baC.<br \/>\nLe XPH4R10ANB supporte un courant de drain continu maximum de 70A, et 210A en mode puls\u00e9. Pour le XPH6R30ANB les valeurs sont respectivement de 45A et 135A.<\/p>\n<p><a
