Les quatre tensions de sortie de chaque&nbsp;dispositif&nbsp;permettent d\u2019alimenter le c\u0153ur d&rsquo;un MCU, ainsi que des capteurs et des interfaces.<\/p>\n<p>Un convertisseur&nbsp;buck-boost&nbsp;(d\u00e9volteur-survolteur) g\u00e9n\u00e8re du 6V \u00e0 partir de la batterie automobile, et peut fonctionner avec seulement 2,7V de tension d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e pour assurer&nbsp;une tension constante, m\u00eame lors des d\u00e9marrages quand la tension de batterie chute vraiment. Ces dispositifs conviennent aux tensions d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 18V et fonctionnent dans une plage de temp\u00e9rature allant de -40\u00b0C \u00e0 +125\u00baC. Ils se pr\u00e9sentent dans&nbsp;un minuscule&nbsp;bo\u00eetier HTSSOP48-P-300-0.50, de seulement 6,1&nbsp;\u00d7&nbsp;12,5&nbsp;\u00d7&nbsp;1,0&nbsp;mm, id\u00e9al pour les applications automobiles tr\u00e8s compactes d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui.<\/p>\n<p>La s\u00e9rie TB9045FNG dispose de plusieurs fonctions de d\u00e9tection de d\u00e9fauts, essentielles pour assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 fonctionnelle. Il s\u2019agit notamment d\u2019une d\u00e9tection de surtension pour le convertisseur DC-DC et d\u2019une fonction UVLO (Under Voltage Lock Out, ou verrouillage en cas de tension insuffisante) pour la tension de batterie, d\u2019une fonction de coupure thermique, et aussi d\u2019un circuit pour surveiller la fr\u00e9quence de l&rsquo;oscillateur. Un minuterie chien-de-garde est incluse pour d\u00e9tecter d\u2019\u00e9ventuelles erreurs sur le MCU externe, ainsi que les d\u00e9fauts latents susceptibles d\u2019indiquer une panne potentielle.
