Parall\u00e8lement, les circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s photoniques permettent de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts de production et d\u2019int\u00e9gration. Cette technologie ouvre la voie \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9gration durable de la photonique aux charges utiles des satellites de t\u00e9l\u00e9communication, ce qui facilitera la mise \u00e0 jour des satellites&nbsp;multifaisceaux, tout en tirant parti des investissements en R&amp;D pour r\u00e9aliser la nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de liaisons inter-satellites coh\u00e9rentes avec des composants enti\u00e8rement int\u00e9gr\u00e9s et qualifi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Airbus a valid\u00e9 et d\u00e9montr\u00e9 la technologie de charge utile photonique au niveau de maturit\u00e9 technologique TRL&nbsp;6 (Technology Readiness Level 6), derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape avant le prototype en orbite, dans le cadre du projet OPTIMA Horizon 2020. Cette d\u00e9monstration de faisabilit\u00e9 est un pas de plus vers l\u2019utilisation de charges utiles photoniques \u00e0 bord des satellites de t\u00e9l\u00e9communication.<\/p>\n<p>Javad Anzalchi, chef de projet et responsable technique au sein d\u2019Airbus, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;En associant plusieurs partenaires industriels, nous sommes parvenus \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper les applications spatiales de la photonique, \u00e0 d\u00e9montrer leur faisabilit\u00e9 et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer leur niveau de maturit\u00e9 technologique. Les \u00e9quipements \u00e0 faible consommation con\u00e7us au sein d\u2019Optima nous permettent de cr\u00e9er des charges utiles hautes capacit\u00e9 et des liaisons inter-satellites multi Go\/s avec une consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, une masse et une empreinte environnementale sensiblement r\u00e9duites&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Pilot\u00e9 par Airbus \u00e0 Stevenage dans le cadre du programme Horizon&nbsp;2020 financ\u00e9 par la Commission Europ\u00e9enne, le projet Optima rassemble des partenaires sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s issus de toute l\u2019Europe, dont DAS Photonics (Espagne), Cordon Electronics (Italie), SODERN (France), Huber+Suhner Polatis (Royaume-Uni) et IMEC (Belgique).<\/p>\n<p><a
