Le courant de seuil en entr\u00e9e (IFHL) est sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9 \u00e0 0,3&nbsp;mA mini et 2.4&nbsp;mA maxi, assurant ainsi la conformit\u00e9 \u00e0 la norme CEI 61131-2 type&nbsp;1 pour les entr\u00e9es num\u00e9riques. Unique avec ce type de dispositif, une simple diode pont et une r\u00e9sistance adapt\u00e9e pour le contr\u00f4le du courant suffisent \u00e0 compl\u00e9ter la conception. Le d\u00e9lai de propagation de seulement 80&nbsp;ns est id\u00e9al pour les syst\u00e8mes haut-d\u00e9bit.&nbsp;Ce photocoupleur fournit un signal \u00ab\u00a0Haut\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0Bas\u00a0\u00bb propre en sortie, sans bruit de cliquetis, m\u00eame avec un signal d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e \u00e0 variation lente (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 60 secondes), avec un front montant ou descendant tr\u00e8s long. Par cons\u00e9quent, aucun circuit de mise en forme de signal n\u2019est n\u00e9cessaire, ce qui r\u00e9duit le nombre de composants, et permet de gagner sur la surface de circuit imprim\u00e9 et de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 son petit bo\u00eetier SO6 \u00e0 5 broches de 2.3&nbsp;mm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur maximale, ce dispositif pr\u00e9sente une tension d&rsquo;isolation minimale de 3750&nbsp;Veff.
