Les fusibles sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9s comme contre-mesure pour prot\u00e9ger les syst\u00e8mes contre les surintensit\u00e9s de courant en cas de dysfonctionnement de l\u2019UCE, mais des probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019entretien et \u00e0 la d\u00e9gradation caus\u00e9s par le vieillissement peuvent survenir apr\u00e8s la fusion des fusibles, ce qui appelle \u00e0 une adoption accrue des IPD.<br \/>\nLes nouveaux BV2Hx045EFU-C sont les premiers IPD \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 haut de l\u2019industrie capables de fournir une protection autonome contre les surintensit\u00e9s de courant en incorporant une fonction de protection originale contre les surintensit\u00e9s. Les IPD conventionnels ne prot\u00e8gent contre le courant d\u2019appel qu\u2019au d\u00e9marrage, de sorte que les MCU et les CI de d\u00e9tection de surintensit\u00e9 sont n\u00e9cessaires pour la protection des courants de r\u00e9gime permanent. Et donc, il reste toujours la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019une situation non maitris\u00e9e en raison de probl\u00e8mes de compatibilit\u00e9 avec les circuits ult\u00e9rieurs connect\u00e9s \u00e0 la sortie de l\u2019IPD. En revanche, cette nouvelle s\u00e9rie peut prot\u00e9ger le syst\u00e8me \u00e0 la fois contre les appels de courant et les surintensit\u00e9s en r\u00e9gime permanent, assurant ainsi une plus grande s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me en fournissant une solution de haute fiabilit\u00e9 avec moins de pi\u00e8ces par rapport aux produits conventionnels.
