La r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat passant (RDS(ON)) est de 0.48&nbsp;\u03a9 seulement, gr\u00e2ce au tout dernier processus CDMOS de Toshiba, qui r\u00e9duit les pertes et l\u2019\u00e9chauffement au sein du driver. &nbsp;Le courant de veille ultra-faible de seulement 0,1&nbsp;\u00b5A prolonge la vie des piles. Et la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 fonctionner avec une interface 1,8&nbsp;V \u00e0 5,0&nbsp;V permet l\u2019utilisation avec un large \u00e9ventail d&rsquo;h\u00f4tes et de&nbsp;micro-contr\u00f4leurs. Ce dispositif convient aux applications aliment\u00e9es par USB ou par pile, ainsi qu&rsquo;aux appareils aliment\u00e9s par une tension syst\u00e8me de 9 \u00e0 12&nbsp;V.<\/p>\n<p>La commande micro-pas permet de faire fonctionner les moteurs en douceur et sans bruit, avec moins de vibrations et une meilleure pr\u00e9cision angulaire en rotation. Plusieurs fonctions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9es, comme une d\u00e9tection de surintensit\u00e9, une coupure thermique et une d\u00e9tection de rupture de charge.
