La W35N01JW monopuce est aussi 50&nbsp;% plus rapide que la famille W72N-JW Dual Quad Serial NAND de Winbond, qui regroupe deux puces dans le bo\u00eetier et poss\u00e8de une interface \u00e0 2\/4\/8 E\/S plus complexe. Fabriqu\u00e9es dans le process NAND SLC 46nm (Single Level Cell) de Winbond, l&rsquo;Octal NAND Flash W35N-JW offre une int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de donn\u00e9es excellente et plus de dix ans de r\u00e9tention des donn\u00e9es. Les concepteurs ont traditionnellement utilis\u00e9 de la Flash NOR pour le stockage du code en raison de sa haute fiabilit\u00e9 et de sa vitesse de lecture en continu, permettant un d\u00e9marrage rapide.
