Alors m\u00eame que ce produit arrivait sur le march\u00e9 en 2018, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 annon\u00e7ait d\u00e9j\u00e0 qu&rsquo;un processeur&nbsp; en technologie 7 nm allai suivre (voir <\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewsembedded.com\/news\/startup-ampere-prices-arm-server-chips\">Startup Ampere prices ARM server chips<\/a><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"fr\">).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"fr\">Altra est un processeur \u00e0 80 c\u0153urs bas\u00e9 sur la licence Neoverse N1, con\u00e7u pour une haute performance pr\u00e9visible, une isolation de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, une \u00e9volutivit\u00e9 et une efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de pointe. Il est disponible en versions \u00e0 socket unique et \u00e0 double socket, qui sont \u00e9chantillonn\u00e9s aupr\u00e8s des clients.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"fr\">Le processeur est \u00e9volutif avec jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 80 c\u0153urs par puce avec une consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie pouvant atteindre 210 W. Les c\u0153urs peuvent fonctionner jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 une fr\u00e9quence d&rsquo;horloge de 3,0 GHz. Le c\u0153ur est un processeur hors-ordre superscalaire \u00e0 largeur de code de quatre instructions bas\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;architecture du jeu d&rsquo;instructions ARMv8.2. Chaque c\u0153ur est monothread pour offrir une variabilit\u00e9 de performances r\u00e9duite et une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 accrue contre les attaques par canal lat\u00e9ral au niveau du syst\u00e8me.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"fr\">Il utilise des caches de donn\u00e9es et d&rsquo;instructions de niveau 1 de 64 Ko par c\u0153ur et des caches de donn\u00e9es de niveau 2 de 1 Mo par c\u0153ur. Il y a \u00e9galement un cache syst\u00e8me de 32 Mo \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle du processeur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"fr\">Il y a 8 interfaces DDR4 \u00e0 72 bits par puce et 128 voies PCIe Gen4 pour une bande passante IO la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<br \/>\nAltra est le produit ax\u00e9 sur le cloud d&rsquo;Ampere, et le premier d&rsquo;une nouvelle classe de processeurs qui sortent chaque ann\u00e9e selon la feuille de route d&rsquo;Ampere. Les performances et l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique accrues rendront Altra adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 de nombreuses charges de travail, notamment l&rsquo;analyse de donn\u00e9es, l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle, les bases de donn\u00e9es, le stockage, les piles de t\u00e9l\u00e9communications, l&rsquo;informatique de pointe, l&rsquo;h\u00e9bergement Web et les applications natives cloud.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"fr\">Jeff Wittich, vice-pr\u00e9sident senior des produits chez Ampere, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que pour certaines charges d&rsquo;apprentissage intensif, des baies de GPU ou des processeurs tenseurs plus sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s ou des acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateurs de r\u00e9seau neuronal pourraient \u00e9ventuellement fournir une efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique sup\u00e9rieure. \u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;apprentissage sur TPU, IPU ou GPU peut avoir du sens, mais notre processur est meilleur pour les inf\u00e9rences . Le processeur \u00abMystique\u00bb est en fin de d\u00e9veloppement et vise un processus de fabrication de 7 nm et une introduction en 2021. Cela fournira plus de c\u0153urs et une compatibilit\u00e9 directe. &lsquo;Siryn&rsquo; est en d\u00e9veloppement et devrait arriver en 2022 et est d\u00e9fini pour une production en technologie 5
