Cela permet d&rsquo;utiliser un large \u00e9ventail de MOSFET avec des courants nominaux diff\u00e9rents. Cela signifie aussi que des IGBT peuvent&nbsp;\u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9s par une tension de grille \u00ab\u00a0rail-\u00e0-rail\u00a0\u00bb. Ce driver est capable de fournir ou d\u2019absorber jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 2,5&nbsp;A de courant cr\u00eate, bien qu\u2019il soit con\u00e7u pour un courant permanent nominal de 1,0&nbsp;A.<\/p>\n<p>Le TLP5231 dispose d\u2019une d\u00e9tection de surintensit\u00e9, bas\u00e9e sur la d\u00e9tection de&nbsp;VCE(sat), ainsi que d\u2019une fonction UVLO (Under-Voltage Lock Out), qui g\u00e9n\u00e8rent toutes deux un signal de d\u00e9faut de type \u00ab\u00a0collecteur ouvert\u00a0\u00bb au primaire. Ces fonctions ne sont pas disponibles sur les produits existants (tels que les TLP5214 et TLP5214A) et leur pr\u00e9sence dans le TLP5231 facilite grandement la conception des circuits de commande de grille.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, le \u00ab\u00a0temps de coupure graduelle de tension de grille\u00a0\u00bb en cas de d\u00e9tection de surintensit\u00e9 par le biais de&nbsp;VCE(sat)&nbsp;peut \u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9 par un autre MOSFET Canal-N externe.
