Sp\u00e9cialement pour ce type d&rsquo;applications, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 <strong>Fischer Elektronik<\/strong> GmbH &amp; Co. KG a \u00e9largi sa large gamme de diff\u00e9rents types de dissipateurs de chaleur haute performance pour y inclure la s\u00e9rie HPK&#8230; Les dissipateurs de chaleur haute performance de cette conception trouvent leurs applications dans la dissipation de la chaleur des pertes de puissance plus importantes et le besoin de surfaces de montage de semi-conducteurs plus grandes. En raison de la complexit\u00e9 et de la difficult\u00e9 de la fabrication (rapport et espacement des ailettes), la conception du dissipateur de chaleur consiste en une seule ailette extrud\u00e9e avec un syst\u00e8me sp\u00e9cial de languettes et de rainures \u00e0 la base de l&rsquo;ailette. Les diff\u00e9rentes ailettes de refroidissement peuvent \u00eatre assembl\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re optimale sur le plan thermique gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette g\u00e9om\u00e9trie de pressage, en fonction de la largeur du dissipateur thermique souhait\u00e9e. Des hauteurs d&rsquo;ailettes de 60, 80, 100, 120 et 140 mm sont disponibles pour la conception d&rsquo;un dissipateur de chaleur haute performance de la s\u00e9rie HPK&#8230; La largeur maximale r\u00e9alisable du dissipateur est de 350 mm, la longueur du dissipateur \u00e9tant coup\u00e9e selon les sp\u00e9cifications du client ou produite sp\u00e9cialement en fonction du nombre de pi\u00e8ces. Les dissipateurs de chaleur haute performance ainsi produits conviennent aussi bien \u00e0 la convection libre qu&rsquo;\u00e0 la convection forc\u00e9e. Le fond massif du dissipateur agit comme surface de montage pour les semi-conducteurs et, avec une \u00e9paisseur de mat\u00e9riau de 12 mm, il permet une meilleure r\u00e9partition de la chaleur dans l&rsquo;ensemble du dissipateur. La surface de montage des semi-conducteurs du dissipateur thermique haute performance HPK &#8230; est frais\u00e9e \u00e0 plat en standard, ce qui permet d&rsquo;obtenir une qualit\u00e9 particuli\u00e8re en termes de plan\u00e9it\u00e9 et de rugosit\u00e9. Le processus de fabrication d\u00e9crit ci-dessus permet d&rsquo;obtenir un syst\u00e8me modulaire configurable individuellement pour des dissipateurs de chaleur haute performance.
