En fonction de la fonctionnalit\u00e9 requise, il existe&nbsp;en&nbsp;trois variantes de CPU avec 8, 12 ou 16 Cortex-A72. Les processeurs&nbsp;correspondants&nbsp;LX2160AA, LX2120 et LX2080A (compatibles en brochage) avec une fr\u00e9quence d&rsquo;horloge allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 2,2 GHz, diff\u00e8rent uniquement par le nombre de c\u0153urs.<\/p>\n<p>Bien qu\u2019avec des dimensions compactes (126 x 78 mm), toutes les 560 broches de signal sont disponibles.&nbsp;Pour une communication rapide des donn\u00e9es, ils int\u00e8grent deux interfaces pour un r\u00e9seau Ethernet jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 100 Gigabit.&nbsp;En plus des 24 voies SerDes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 25 GHz, qui peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es comme Ethernet, SATA et PCIe, le module dispose des interfaces suppl\u00e9mentaires suivantes : jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 2x Gigabit Ethernet, 2x USB 3.0 2x CAN FD, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 6x I\u00b2C, et 3x SPI. Le mod\u00e8le est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&rsquo;une m\u00e9moire DDR4 SDRAM d&rsquo;une capacit\u00e9 maximale de 64 Go avec support ECC et d&rsquo;une m\u00e9moire eMMC d&rsquo;une capacit\u00e9 maximale de 64 Go. La m\u00e9moire RAM soud\u00e9e r\u00e9siste m\u00eame aux conditions environnementales les plus difficiles. En outre, une m\u00e9moire flash QSPI NOR d&rsquo;une capacit\u00e9 maximale de 512 Mo est utilis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Sur la carte m\u00e8re correspondante, les utilisateurs peuvent utiliser deux interfaces Ethernet 10 Gigabit ainsi qu&rsquo;une interface 100 Gigabit en plus de dix interfaces Gigabit maximum. Des interfaces USB 3.0, CAN FD, SATA et PCIe sont \u00e9galement disponibles.<\/p>\n<p>Avec cette conception, TQ-Embedded prouve qu&rsquo;elle peut aider ses clients \u00e0 relever tous les d\u00e9fis dans le domaine de la communication rapide de donn\u00e9es et des&nbsp;technologies&nbsp;de r\u00e9seau \u00e9tendues. Le module convient aux infrastructures de r\u00e9seau o\u00f9 les exigences en mati\u00e8re de transmission et de traitement des donn\u00e9es sont&nbsp;les&nbsp;plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es.
