PragmatIC y voit un exemple de comment r\u00e9utiliser rapidement des conceptions existantes pour \u00e9viter les p\u00e9nuries de puces.<\/p>\n<p>Lanc\u00e9 en 1975, le 6502 ne co\u00fbtait qu&rsquo;une fraction du prix des puces concurrentes et&nbsp;c&rsquo;est pourquoi Steve Wozniak l&rsquo;a int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 son ordinateur Apple I. La puce et ses variantes sont devenues le c\u0153ur de l&rsquo;Apple II, du Commodore PET, du Commodore 64 et du&nbsp;BBC Micro, ainsi que des plates-formes de jeu telles que la Nintendo Entertainment System et l&rsquo;Atari 2600.<\/p>\n<p>La conception est toujours prise en charge aujourd&rsquo;hui par Western Design Center (WDC), qui estime que leurs d\u00e9tenteurs de licence ont livr\u00e9 plus de 6 milliards de processeurs 65xx int\u00e9gr\u00e9s, en augmentation de centaines de millions par an.<\/p>\n<p>Le 6502 flexible&nbsp; de PragmatIC a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u et fabriqu\u00e9 en moins de deux semaines \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide du processus FlexIC Foundry NMOS dans son usine de Sedgefiled, au Royaume-Uni, qui est utilis\u00e9e pour produire des puces RFID en plastique flexible.
