En mode d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s s\u00e9quentiel, les produits Flash QspiNAND atteignent le m\u00eame taux maximum de 52&nbsp;Mo\/s \u00e0 104&nbsp;MHz qu&rsquo;en mode de lecture continue, mais avec une nouvelle flexibilit\u00e9 pour configurer le fonctionnement de la puce. Voici les principales nouvelles options&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;Capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 utiliser le moteur ECC de l&rsquo;utilisateur. En mode de lecture continue, un appareil Winbond W25N prend uniquement en charge son propre moteur ECC 1&nbsp;bit sur la puce. En mode d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s s\u00e9quentiel, les utilisateurs peuvent impl\u00e9menter une correction d&rsquo;erreur de&nbsp;4&nbsp;bits,&nbsp;8&nbsp;bits ou autre lorsqu&rsquo;il est command\u00e9 par un moteur ECC externe.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;Acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9ventail de m\u00e9moire complet \u2013 espace principal et espace compl\u00e9mentaire &#8211; avec une commande de lecture seule.
