Ces nouveaux dispositifs semi conducteurs sont capables de remplacer des relais m\u00e9caniques, et r\u00e9duisent ainsi l\u2019encombrement et la consommation des ECU automobiles. Etant donn\u00e9 qu\u2019ils ne comportent aucune pi\u00e8ce mobile, ils ne sont pas confront\u00e9s aux probl\u00e8mes d&rsquo;usure de contacts des relais m\u00e9caniques, ce qui r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement les co\u00fbts de maintenance.<\/p>\n<p>Les TPD7106F et TPD7107F disposent de plusieurs fonctions am\u00e9lior\u00e9es permettant d\u2019assurer la haute fiabilit\u00e9 qu\u2019exigent les ECU automobiles. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une fonction d&rsquo;auto-protection et de diverses fonctions de diagnostic int\u00e9gr\u00e9es (anomalie de tension, surintensit\u00e9, surchauffe, inversion de polarit\u00e9, broche de masse flottante et VDD&nbsp;en court-circuit) qui sont transmises au micro-contr\u00f4leur. Ainsi, ces nouveaux commutateurs de puissance intelligents peuvent surveiller le fonctionnement d\u2019une charge, ainsi que du MOSFET auquel ils sont connect\u00e9s. En cas de fonctionnement anormal, ils peuvent rapidement \u00e9teindre le MOSFET pour couper le courant de la charge correspondante, sans aucune intervention du micro-contr\u00f4leur.<\/p>\n<p>Ces nouveaux commutateurs intelligents r\u00e9duisent consid\u00e9rablement les co\u00fbts de nomenclature et le nombre de composants, puisqu\u2019ils disposent d\u2019un circuit de surtension int\u00e9gr\u00e9. Ils pr\u00e9sentent un rendement \u00e9lev\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un courant d&rsquo;alimentation en mode veille de 5&nbsp;\u03bcA (maxi) seulement pour le TPD7106F et de 3&nbsp;\u03bcA (maxi) seulement pour le TPD7107F. Le TPD7106F est fourni en bo\u00eetier compact SSOP 16&nbsp;broches,&nbsp;tandis que le TPD7107F se pr\u00e9sente en bo\u00eetier WSON10A.
