Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un bond significatif de la collaboration actuelle de NXP avec TSMC qui utilise un process \u00e0 16 nm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"fr\">La densit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es du process 5nm automobile visent l&rsquo;assistance au conducteur et les puces pour la conduite autonome. Le mois dernier, NXP a annonc\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il travaillait avec le fabricant fran\u00e7ais de processeurs multic\u0153urs Kalray sur de telles puces pour l&rsquo;automobile qui n\u00e9cessiteraient un process de fabrication de pointe.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.electronique-eci.com\/news\/la-technologie-7nm-certifiee-pour-lautomobile\">La technologie 7nm certifi\u00e9e pour l&rsquo;automobile<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"fr\">TSMC a mis trois ans pour rendre le process 7 nm apte \u00e0 la fabrication de conceptions automobiles, et NXP cherchera \u00e0 garder une longueur d&rsquo;avance sur ses concurrents avec le process N5P 5 nm automobile pour les cockpits connect\u00e9s, les contr\u00f4leurs de domaine hautes performances, la conduite autonome, la mise en r\u00e9seau avanc\u00e9e, le contr\u00f4le de la propulsion hybride et la gestion int\u00e9gr\u00e9e du ch\u00e2ssis sur la base de son architecture S32.
