Les substrats POI de Soitec ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7us pour fabriquer la derni\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de filtres 4G\/5G \u00e0 ondes acoustiques de surface (SAW), offrant performance et compensation de temp\u00e9rature int\u00e9gr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00e9curiser l\u2019approvisionnement pour la nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de filtres RF de Qualcomm Technologies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s plusieurs ann\u00e9es de collaboration avec Qualcomm Technologies, Soitec a conclu un accord afin d\u2019augmenter le volume de production des plaques POI qui seront utilis\u00e9es pour les filtres RF <em>Qualcomm\u00ae ultraSAW<\/em> &nbsp;de Qualcomm Technologies destin\u00e9s aux modules front end RF des smartphones. Pour Qualcomm, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la technologie de Soitec, ils repoussent encore les limites de leur technologie de filtres RF <em>ultraSAW et celle de leurs multiplexeurs \u00e0 haut rendement int\u00e9grant plusieurs fonctions de filtrage.
